Our vision
Building trust between people and opportunity.
Progress continues
Readiness that moves with you.
Your work history can show where you've been. The Tenara Badge is being built to help show how ready you are for what comes next.
The aim is to bring together the evidence, experience and development that contribute to work readiness, creating a clearer, more portable picture of progress that can grow as you do.
Not a replacement for human judgement. A better starting point for it.
What it changes
What you've built doesn't disappear.
A new opportunity can mean repeating parts of a journey you've already made: explaining your experience again, finding evidence again and demonstrating readiness again.
The Tenara Badge is intended to help more of that progress move forward with you, so the next step can begin with what you've already built.
Start with more than a blank page.
Understanding someone's readiness can mean piecing together a CV, applications, conversations, checks and separate pieces of evidence.
The Tenara Badge is intended to provide a stronger starting point: making relevant progress and evidence easier to understand, while leaving room for the checks, assessment and human judgement each opportunity requires.
Built for trust
For the Tenara Badge to mean something, it has to be clear about what is known, what has been evidenced, what has been assessed and what may change over time.
Not every part of readiness carries the same level of certainty, and the Badge shouldn't pretend otherwise.
Evidence with context
Show what sits behind the claim.
Where information can be supported by appropriate evidence, that evidence should be clear and understandable.
Readiness, not perfection
Readiness isn't one universal score.
The Badge isn't intended to declare someone ready for every role. Readiness depends on the opportunity, and organisations still make their own decisions.
Trust through transparency
Be clear about what is, and isn't, known.
Where something cannot be independently established, the Badge should not pretend otherwise. What is evidenced, assessed, self-declared or still developing should be represented honestly.
The Tenara Future
Where progress can travel.
“To create a world of work where what people have already built has value in what comes next, and where better understanding creates stronger connections between people, organisations and opportunity.”
